This is the first of the Vampire Sexual kissing techniques and is offered before the others in this group because it is the easiest. The Nibbling kiss, sometimes referred to by vampires as the Nibbling, is very special and has the distinction of being the only Sexual kiss of vampires to be a dry kiss and doesn’t involve any tongue work at all. The way it works is simply by exciting the lips, being as they are wonderful erogenous zones just waiting for 100% attention to be paid to them.
The Nibbling kiss has no equivalent in human kisses that I can find. If after reading this article, you know of a type of nibbling kiss, which performs the same way as the vampire kiss, please let me know—I’d like to hear about it.
Skill in the nibbling kiss doesn’t require much practice. See the how to in Sexual kisses for a description on preparing your lips. The only thing I can see causing a problem is the sensitivity the kiss induces. The action of the lips in the Nibbling does take some getting used to. The sensations are immediate and this might put some off the kiss. In others, the sensitivity causes ticklish feelings and this is not very sexy.
Vampires use the Nibbling before exciting and during lovemaking to ensure the female response. In the vampire manuals of love, the Nibbling creates a source of female sexual power to greatly reduce the amount of physical pleasure required to achieve sexual gratification. Using the Nibbling kiss before sexual intercourse, takes advantage of its highly arousing and preparative qualities. It may then be worth exploring, and if the kiss proves too much at first, then dilute the Nibbling with other kissing techniques by just using a little lip nibbling at a time.
How to give the Nibbling Kiss
- See the preparation for the Sexual kisses of vampires to get your lips ready.
- Be considerate. See the Pressing kiss for the how-to on approaching your partner.
- Know your target. Take a look at your lips in the mirror. The top lip has a special shape, and forms a bow over the lower lip. In the Nibbling kiss, the upper lip, especially the middle portion where the bow peaks, is the part of interest in this kissing technique.
- No teeth and no tongue. This kiss only uses the lips. Do not use the teeth to nibble the lips in this kiss and keep your tongue out of the excitement.
- Introduce the pleasure slowly. Use a dry clasp of your lips over the top lip of your partner. Make the approach gentle but brief, and pause before repeating this. Take the time to have their lips aquatint with the sensation of being pressed with your lips. It is a very different sensation to having the same pressure applied by the teeth or using the lips in a more conventional kiss.
- Keep to the middle. The Nibbling kiss stays focused to the center of the lips. The target is the most sensitive part of the lips so concentrate only on the zone of interest. The kiss is then best performed face on not to the side.
- Increase the pace. Once you feel comfortable giving the Nibbling, and your partner is receptive, then let the kiss gather speed. Remember you are just nipping their lips not biting hard or colliding your face with theirs. The Nibbling works best when maintained as a flurried, excited exchange.
- Let them reciprocate. Allow your partner to follow your lead with the Nibbling kiss or any other kiss they want. The vampires are purist but they also acknowledge the need to keep the sex interesting, and if that means using other kisses, they have no objections.
Next, we follow with the a Sexual kiss the vampires call a Wanting kiss.

It is a paradoxical but profoundly true and important principle of life that the most likely way to reach a goal is to be aiming not at that goal itself but at some more ambitious goal beyond it.
