As a species, human beings are so obsessed with the weather we use complicated mathematical algorithms to predict the weather and our greatest ambition is to one day control the weather. But the vampires do this already using sex. One consequence of their bedroom activities causes clouds to gather and herald the rain that is sure to follow. A vampire can’t just close the bedroom door so the neighbors won’t know what fun they’re up to—the storm they brewed tells all. So the question is—how do vampires do it—the rain I mean?
Here comes the rain again
Making love with the sound of rain outside is so romantic. Vampires agree and believe generating your own rain while lovemaking is even better. To understand the rain, and the sex that caused it, you must know what it is that vampires call sex. As a general rule it is fun sex that changes the weather and not necessary sex.
The functional sex of vampires being either vital sex, required sex, or sex specifically for the mating ritual, cannot be used by vampires for weather control. Feeding, intensifying their supernatural powers, and reproduction all involve sex but are things vampires must do. Using psychic enhancements in these forms of sex is rare if they ever occur at all. The absence of mind control in the sex is the key to understanding the sex causing weather.
In fun sex there are numerous opportunities to improve the sexual experience and heighten the sensations using psychic sex. Although I have described the use of psychic sex in terms of the most intimate serious sex of vampires, even proper sex if used for pure physical pleasure can incorporate the psychic element and cause rain. It depends on the vampires involved. If they feel the need to share more than a physical relationship, then they indulge in a little mind-sharing and make rain together.

It is the mind-blowing sex induced by vampires that define the weather patterns. As the energy builds, improving the physical sexual pleasure, small amounts of supernatural influence radiates outward causing the clouds to gather. When their minds can no longer restrain the sexual imagery, the two vampires exchange during psychic sex, the release of energy correlates the the downpour. In this way, the building cloud all the way to the rain reflects the sexual experience of the couple.
Depending on the energy loss, or in terms of rain the deluge or storm produced, vampires can increase their pleasure further by channeling their power into the sympathetic clouds. In a trusting environment, where vampires coexist in a close-nit collective, the pleasure of one pair is respected so the couple can release as much energy as they want to the universe. This leaves the hedonists in a reduced state, reversed by using a range of sexual techniques aimed at rejuvenating their supernatural power, so the sacrifice in energy for immeasurable pleasure is definitely worth the cloudburst. The benefits of sex for vampires is usually beyond the physical limits especially in the case of rain.
